These terms apply when you use myroamora.shop or purchase products from the ROAMORA online store. Please read them before ordering.

These terms govern purchases made from ROAMORA through myroamora.shop. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Account and checkout information must be accurate and current.
We aim to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, images and prices. Screen colors and production details can vary slightly. Products, promotions and availability may change. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment or cancel and issue a full refund.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We send an acknowledgment after checkout, but the order is accepted only when dispatched or otherwise expressly confirmed. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, payment-verification, fraud, legal, delivery or obvious pricing reasons and will refund amounts collected for a cancelled order.
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, discounts and store-collected tax are displayed before payment. Available methods appear in live checkout. We do not add a surcharge for PayPal and never ask a buyer to use Friends and Family for a purchase.
Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, import charges and address responsibilities are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes as required by applicable law and, for consumers, no earlier than delivery to the customer or designated recipient.
The Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day return process, exclusions, return costs and refund timing. The Warranty Policy covers eligible manufacturing faults for one year. These policies do not replace rights that cannot legally be waived.
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit malicious code, scrape personal data or use the service unlawfully. Site text, graphics, design and ROAMORA branding may not be copied or commercially used without permission, except where law allows.
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for delay caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, network failure, government action or other events outside reasonable control.
