This policy applies to myroamora.shop, customer accounts, orders and messages sent through our support form. ROAMORA is responsible for the store data described here. Privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact Us page.
This policy explains what personal information ROAMORA collects through this store, why it is used, who receives it and the choices available to you.
We collect only information reasonably needed to operate the website, process purchases, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information for money.
This policy applies to myroamora.shop, customer accounts, orders and messages sent through our support form. ROAMORA is responsible for the store data described here. Privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact Us page.
We may collect name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping address, order details, account credentials in protected form, support messages, IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, site activity and fraud-prevention signals. We do not receive complete card numbers or PayPal passwords.
We use information to provide the website; create and fulfil orders; process returns, refunds and warranty requests; communicate about purchases; maintain accounts; secure the store; prevent fraud; comply with law; and, only where permitted, send marketing chosen by the customer.
When a customer selects PayPal or another provider at checkout, information needed to authorize and complete the transaction is sent to that provider. The provider processes payment data under its own privacy notice and terms. PayPal is an independent controller for the data it processes for its services.
We share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting and technology providers, payment processors, fulfilment partners, carriers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers and public authorities when legally required. Service providers may use information only for contracted services or their independent legal duties.
Essential cookies keep the cart, checkout, account and security features working. Optional analytics or marketing technology, if introduced, will be described and managed as required by applicable law. Browser settings can block cookies, but essential store functions may then fail.
Order and transaction records are retained as needed for fulfilment, customer service, fraud prevention, tax, accounting and legal claims. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed. We use access controls, HTTPS and software maintenance, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Providers and carriers may process information outside the customer's region. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used. The destination and provider depend on the order and selected payment or delivery service.
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify identity and may retain information required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
The store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
File a customer-service request and include your order number when the question concerns a purchase.
